These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of Drawy, including the website, application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Application refers to Drawy, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in these Terms) refers to Drawy.
Country/State refers to: West Bengal, India.
Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
User Content means drawings, text, images, files, and any other material that You create, upload, or share through the Service.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You meet this requirement and that You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access some features, You must create an Account with a username and password. You agree to provide accurate information, keep Your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity that occurs under Your Account.

Your Content
You retain ownership of the User Content You create and share through the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your drawings.
By using the Service, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and process Your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service. This includes displaying Your drawings to other users when You share a canvas or collaborate in real time. This license ends when You delete Your User Content or Your Account, except where content was shared with others or where retention is required by law.
You represent and warrant that You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content You submit and that Your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable law.
We may remove User Content that We reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, or that exposes the Service or other users to harm. We may also disable access to content pending an investigation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Upload or share content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or Our systems and networks.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or placing unreasonable load on Our infrastructure.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
